Outlook Express Zapped by SP2?

Since I installed the Service Pack 2 for XP my Outlook Express has
ceased to work. The error messages are:

Could not open Outlook Express message store. You may be out of
memory. 0x800C012E,5

MSOE.dll could not be initialized.

I tried the Run sfc /scannow as recommended by the Microsoft site
and no problems with protected files were found.

Anyone have any helpful ideas?

Tom,
We did the update yesterday and also lost our Outlook Express. Hopefully
someone out there has a fix!
