Win XP SP2 nixes Outlook Express?

I tried to use Outlook Express for the first time since installing Win
XP Service Pack 2 and I get two error messages. The first says Oulook
Express cannot run and I may not have enough memory, and the second
says the MSOE.dll could not be initialized.

Anyone have a fix for this?

I just looked at the first error message again and it also says "could
not open Outlook Express message store". What does all this mean?
