outlook express - e-mail

Hyperlinks appear in underlined blue text,but when
clicking a hyperlink nothing happens.

Have tried knowledge base article - 823301, which says to
go to run dialog box and type in regsvr32 urlmon.dll plus
four other similar commands. Have done this and it did not
solve the problem. Is there anything else to try?

Hyperlinks in an OE message?

1. Make certain you're entirely up-to-date at Windows Update.
