Outlook Express e-mail does not work to mac.com addresses

M

Marla

When I e-mail to (e-mail address removed), I get the following error and they
never receive the email:

"This is a warning message only.
Your message remains in the server queue,
the server will try to send it again.
You should not try to resend your message now.

Message delivery to '(e-mail address removed)' delayed
SMTP module(domain mac.com) reports:
smtp-mx3.mac.com: Bad SMTP prompt at the host"

Any help would be appreciated!

The warning message is clear; the message has been (temporarily) unable
to deliver to the destination mail server (smtp-mx3.mac.com). If the
problem persists, contact your mail admin.

If you suspect that your problem is caused by Outlook Express, then you
should post in an Outlook Express forum such as
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
