outlook express compatibility

i cannot establish outlook express as default program for
e-mail in internet tools. i have updated my registry so
that it will work from the envelope icon and from the
tools menu (check mail), but no e-mail program appears
under the internet tools for e-mail...

please respond to sender's e-mail?

To re-register OE:
Start> Run and enter the following (with the quotation marks):

"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /reg

Click OK.
