Im having a problem receiving mail, but i can send emails no problem. All
information in "accounts" in the "Tool Bar" have not been altered or used by
anyone else. This is the message that comes up when i attempt to receive
emails.

The connection to the server has failed. Account:
'mail.boredombusters.com.au', Server: 'mail.boredombusters.com.au', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number:
0x800CCC0E

I would really be very thankful for any help offered

"Outlook Express"? Perhaps you meant Windows Mail. Please
try to be accurate so we can help you better.

The symptom you reported is usually caused by interference from
an antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus should be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled.

Email scanning in any antivirus should be disabled, for reasons
explained here:
