Outlook Express: Can't open e-mil

Just installed XP. Have ATT ISP. After e-mail downloads, when I try to open e-mail, I get a message to insert my Windows Office 2000 disk. If I do, it looks like the program is in some sort of closed loop and nothing happens. If I close that window and try to open e-mail, I get a message that there is an error in opening e-mail. DickB
