Outlook Express blocking attachments

Every since I downloaded all the patches,upgrades, etc. 3
weeks ago, no one can send me an e-mail with an
attachment. When I try to open the attachment the
message says "OE removed access to the following unsafe
attachment to your." Can anyone walk me through what I
can do to fix this? Thank you, Mel

Tools> Options> Security.
Review the settings on this page in regards to attachments.
