HI
after starting outlook express I get the normal screen but no messages in inbox. Mouse is not working, so I cannot go to any of the other fields (outbox, sent items etc). After about 1 minute a dialogue box appears that says
MSIMN caused error in directdb.dll. MSIMN is going to be closed down now
I have to restart my Dell PC after that
I checked with Norton antivirus but none was found
Is there anybody out there with a solution ? Thanks
