Get the .wab file from your old computer and put in in a directory on
your new computer, such as a directory you create under the
Documents directory. Then start Windows Mail, click on Tools,
then Windows Contacts, then Import, then Windows Address
Book File (Outlook Express contacts), then Import, then find and
click on the .wab file, then click on Close, then close the contacts
window.
To use the address book (now known as contacts) after you
import it, start a new message as usual, but without typing any
part of the address, and click on To:.
