Outlook Express 6

When I click on a link to email someone on a website, it
says 'no mail program is set up to send mail using
Internet shortcuts.' How do I set up the program?!
 
Close Outlook Express. Click Start, Run and enter MSIMN.EXE /REG. Open Outlook Express and go to Tools, Options, General tab and make sure that OE is set as your Default e-mail client. Also, go to Control Panel, Internet Options, Programs and ensure that its selected there as well.
