Outlook Express 6

I have recently had to install a new wi-fi router and since than cannot send
any e-mail messages through Outlook Express 6. I can receive messages
without any problem, but when trying to send I keep getting error message
0800CCC0B. Can you help?

Wrong newsgroup, I think. This one is for the Business Contact Manager
add-on for Outlook.

What does BCM have to do with this. It is an Outlook Express issue not Outlook BCM.
