Outlook Express 6 (send-a-page and send-a-link

When I click on the mail icon to send a link or send a
page it takes me to a sign-up wizard for MSN 8. I do not
need to purchase another service, since I should be able
to have it send the link or page using Outlook. Any ideas
how I can fix this problem?

Careful with your shorthand: Outlook is *not* Outlook Express/
