outlook express and web links

Hi..does anyone know why I can no longer send a web page
or link by E-Mail? My default e-mail is outlook express
and I have always been able to link to Outlook Express.
But the send as web page or link no longer starts Outlook
express,.all settings indicate that it should work.

Hi Harvey,

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 urlmon.dll. Then go to:
IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Reset Web Settings.

That should do it, if not:

Check your settings here:

Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types. Scroll down to
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol/Advanced/Edit.

Under Application used to perform action it should read:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome
