Outlook Express 6 Runtime Error

When reading e-mail, I receive the subject error. A
dialog box titled "Microsofy Visual C++ Runtime Library"
opens. It inclides the following: "runtime
Error", "Program: C:\Program Files\Outlook
Express\MSIMN.EXE", and "Abnormal Program Termination".

When I click the "OK" button, Outlook Express closes.

Have you downloaded the latest "run time 9.0b" from

Were you referring to DirectX 9.0b? If you were, I did

have it installed. I reinstalled in case a file or files
were corrupted. I still have the problem.
