Outlook Express 6. Deleting Messages

only when I delete an closed messaged it will be saved in
the deleted Messages folder. Open messages are deleted
permanently.

How to avoid this ? I want that all thge deleted
messages will be saved in the delited items folde.
Is it is an options? I did not find any place to control
this.
Please answer me also to my e-mail address

Verify that View | Current View is set to Show all messages.
