Outlook Express 6 - cannot send mail

I hope this is the right Newsgroup!
Ever since this account was set up, though I receive mail
OK, attempts to send always get: Error 550 Administrative
Prohibition.
Protocol SMPT, Port 25, Secure SSL.
I am using Agnitum Outpost firewall.
Any help most welcome.

Call your ISP and ask them to help you configure your Internet mail account
properly.

microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x
microsoft.public.internet.outlookexpress.mac for OE for Macintosh

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups).

Agreed, They are blocking you for some reason, call your
isp and complian or I mean ask them why.
