I can no longer send a web page by email using Outlook Express 6.0 as
my default email client. I cannot right click on a photo file or
basically any file and send by email as I could previously do. I have
Outlook Express assigned as my default mail client. In IE 7 where you
have file and send page by email is not working, Outlook Express no
longer has this capability. Outlook express no longer has the
capability to send photo files by right clicking on then and sending
them by email. If someone has some helpful advice I would very much
appreciate it.

What happen when you click Tools >> Options >> then click on Send Tab and
locate this:
Mail Sending Format :
(*) HTML [ HTML Settings....] [ Plain text
Settings..]
( ) Plain Text

Click on HTML Settings Button and there under HTML Settings Window properties:
[ ] Send Pictures with messages
[ ] Indent message on reply

Click OK to apply

Then if you want to have an HTML Template click on Compose and under
Stationery:
[ ] Mail [ ] [ Select ]
Click Select to select the template you want to use for sending or you can
create your own.

HTH.
Regards,
nass
