Hello
Everytime I try to connect to my outlook I continually get asked for my
username and password yet my settings are configured exactly as per the
Virgin specifications. Below is the error message I received.
Can anyone help please?
There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was
rejected. Account: 'pop3.virgin.net (1)', Server: 'mail.virgin.net',
Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR [AUTH] invalid user or password',
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number:
0x800CCC92
