outlook express 2006 - no personal tab under options

i want to change the way my name appears on outgoing emails. it says to go to
Tools then options. on the Personal tab under Display Name. My problem is i
don't have a personal tab under options. Please Help
 
The program you put in the Subject line does not exist. To what email
software are you referring?
 
For Outlook Express, the option should be Tools > Accounts > Mail tab >
highlight the account > properties button
 
i'm sorry it is microsoft outlook express 6.
