outlook express 2003

The marks for the reply to mail and compose new buttons have dissapeared from
the toolbar. How do I get them back.

My computer is all in Japanese and I cant read it so if you could tell me
step by step I would be much obliged.

No such thing as Outlook EXPRESS 2003 - there's Outlook 2003 and there's
Outlook EXPRESS....do Help-about and tell us what you have....

Hi, thanks for replying.

Yesterday, as I said the icons for reply and create new mail did not come up.

I then went on to uninstall Office Personal edition 2003. I then tried to
reinstall, but it tells me that there is a file missing and is unable to
install the software.

As you have probably concluded from my mail, I am pretty illiterate when it
comes to computers. Also the fact that everything is in Japanese does not
help at all..

My son has been trying to fix it all morning (he can read Japanese) but to
no avail.
