Outlook Exp Buttons

This is a weird one. On a new machine (3 months old) from the start with XP
SP2 embedded the buttons on Outlook express get wider on successive restores
from status bar (i.e. when popping program down and then back up) during the
course of the day to the extent that some buttons go off the right hand of
the screen and disappear altogether. If you re-start the program the buttons
go back to proper size but the widening process starts over again. This is
not a critical problem but certainly annoying!

Any ideas?

Search for msoe50.inf (The default location is C:\Windows\Inf folder) Right click the Msoe50.inf file, and click Install. Insert XP
CD when prompted, Browse to the I386 folder, click Open, then OK.

This is a known bug that does not have a fix for it yet. Until then,
you
have to close and reopen OE. For some, *grabbing* the bottom of the
toolbar with the cursor and pushing it up and then back down works
too.
You can also choose *No Text Labels* in View>Layout>Customize Toolbar
to have even smaller buttons. Hopefully, there will be a fix soon.
