outlook exit window

Hi there,
I have Outlook 2000 on NT4 workstation. When I close Outlook I get a
window "Please wait until Outlook exits" that never goes away unles I log
off ad log back on. Any ideas? Thanks, Calin
 
Probably means OL is still running in Proccesses (Task Mngr) often caused by
apps interfacing with OL, eg Fax,sync software, comm addins etc
