Bill M.

Hi all,

I had Microsoft Outlook 2000 installed on my personal notebook. I used my
notebook at work, and the IT manager installed Outlook 2003, and set it up
so that I needed to login to the Exchange Server via a L/P.

I have since been layed off, and my work email account has been disabled.
When opening Outlook, I am required to input a L/P, but they no longer
work. If I hit "Cancel", Outlook closes down.

How can I disable the L/P, or can I somehow access and export the personal
information (contacts, emails - the latter of which are fortunately saved
to my notebook hard drive, not the exchange server itself.)

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Bill M.

You can go into the control panel (mail) setting and
delete your old profile and add a new one.

I use my hotmail at work via outlook 2003, nice feature!

Thanks for the reply.

I'm not sure I can "go into the control panel", because Outlook is
forcing me to login - and I can't. If I hit "Cancel", Outlook closes
down. Is there another way to get into the control panel?
