Outlook Excel Help PLease

Please Help,

I am trying to take a spead sheet in excel of names and emails and import
them into my contact list in outlook it comes up as an error because I have
no named ranges it says I need to name the ranges of the data I need to
import. HELP

within OL export contacts to an excel file, then examine that excel file so
that you can check layout required for your excel list

So, why not name the range?
