Outlook Ex 6 "self-launch"

Changed hard drive and reinstalled everything. Now Outlook Express 6 tries
to "self-launch" itself - the log in screen pops up frequently on its own.
How to fix?
 
Not really the right forum, but look at your startup folder and OE settings
and change them so OE doesn't load at boot or look for mail at Startup. Post
in the OE forum if that doesn't work.
