Outlook Express won't open

Homer

we're running Outlook Express 6 on Windows XP. We have multiple user on this
machine and on one of the user identities Outlook won't open. The only
dialog box that comes up says that there is no identities but the program
itself doesn't open. On the other user identities it loads just fine. I
don't know what happen. Even I go to the program folder and launch the
application file it just brings up the dialog box I mentioned earlier. Any
ideas what could have happened?
