Outlook Event Calendar Sharing

We have an event calendar for all church events. I am trying to allow this
calendar to show in the Exec. Admin's Calendar selections but am having no
success. Any suggestions?
 
Are you using Exchange server? If so, what version? If not, how are you
sharing the calendar?
 
Yes I believe so because we have an Event calandar that we have set up for
multiple users to access, and we get email reminders. Not sure how to access
version though.
