When you are on a remote location you must at least have your SMTP server
configured to use authentication.
Note that some networks do not allow to use a remote SMTP server at all. It
that case you need to configure the local SMTP server for that network.

TKS for the info. - Using Outlook 2003 -
How I can configure SMTP server when I am connected by WIFI and have no info
on the system?
Also when I am connecting on a LAN connection, like in a hoitel, how I can
configure?
Is outlook 2007 have solved that issue?

You must ask the network admin for the SMTP configuration information if
configuring your own SMTP server to use authentication doesn't work.

No, Outlook 2007 does not provide an option to solve that issue since it is
not an Outlook issue. It is a restriction set by the administrator of the
network that you are on so it affect any mail client.

I really don'tunderstand at all why this?
This is making no sense ! and it is equal at that outside home - main
connection - Outlook = scrap - !!I have lost a lot of time with all this
....Anywhere I am connecting Outlook sending function is not working ... Can

What part of my answer don't you understand? I've told you what to do twice
now already.
Outlook = scrap
Again, it's not an Outlook issue. It's the same for any mail client. If
everybody was allowed to use all mail servers all over the world from any
network without any authentication the Junk Email issue would be even
bigger.
