Outlook error message

Just recently I have been having a problem opening folders
in outlook. All new folders and some older ones have been
giving an error message when I try to open them. The pop
up window for illegal function appears and the details
show "Outlook caused an invalid page fault in module
MS097.DLL" Any help? Thank you, Tom
 
Tom, I'm getting the same message when opening email in Outlook 2000. Did you get any answers
