outlook error message

hello,
i get this message daily from outlook 2002 (10.6515.6626)
SP3 and must reboot everytime.
unable to display the folder.
out of memory or system resources.
close some windows or programs and try again.
please review and advise.

that didnt work work.
now i get this message:
unable to display the folder. microsoft outlook could not
access the specified folder location. out of memory or
system resources. close some windows or programs and try
again.
after i get this message, i always have to reboot.
