Outlook/Entourage complatibility with Macromedia Flash

Its been awhile since I have worked with Flash and I'm not sure about the
compatablity with Outlook and/or Entourage. If I export an .swf file and
e-mail it to someone with either Outlook or Entourage (or any other e-mail
program for that matter), do they need to have plugins to view the material?
Basically we want to have a fairly small file that is compatible for everyone
without them having to download anything. It shows up in their e-mail, they
double click on it and it plays. So if anyone could be of service, I would
greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Seems to me they'd need a Flash player on their machine.
