Outlook emails

Is it possible to set up a rule within outlook to send emails directly to a
folder from the inbox straight after the email has been read. I know it is
possible have received emails sent to specified folders, yet I don't know how
to automatically have emails moved after reading from the inbox to a specific
file.

No. You can create a rule that you can use manually, however.
