OUTLOOK email

I am able to receive emails but can only send them intermittently. The error
message reads as folows:
Message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejects by the
server.
Server response: '553 Sorry, that domain isn;t in my list of allowed rept
hosts.'
Error# 0x800ccc79.

Does anyone know what this means , who is rejecting what, and who I should
call?
