Outlook email settings from one profile t o another?

Hello,
I need to create a new profile as some functions are corupted in my current
one. I used the "Save my settings" wizard to creat a copy of the email
accounts (11); but when I loaded it into the new profile I was "locked out"
of Outlook with a message that stated that I had no access to to these files.
The file link was to the old profile. How do I move my POP3 settings to the
new profile? Do I
have to recreate all the email (pop3 ) account information again .. is there
a way i can copy it over ??

Profiles are not files. They're a collection of registry values. Maybe the file you're referring to was a .pst file? Where is it stored? Did you look in the Mail applet in Control Panel to check the settings both for the copied accounts and for the data file(s) related to the mail profile(s)?
