Outlook Email Not Sending

I can hit send received and I get emails in but all outgoing are staying
stuck in my outbox. I did what everyone said to do on the other thread and
nothing is working. Any ideas on how I can fix it. It just started today.

Which other thread? Please don't expect people to read a different thread
(let alone make us guess at which one you are referring to) to figure out
what you have tried. Post all relevant details here and you will have better
luck at getting help.
