outlook: Email delegated to assistant. How to send?

HI all,

I have a client that has her assistant read/send emails on her behalf. I
have set up her email to delegate to her assistant the right to send email on
her behalf and it works great.

However, every time the assistant wants to send an email for her boss, she
has to enter the "From" field with her bosses' name.

Is there a way to make a form or something that will always come up with
that field pre-filled. She sends lots of emails daily and this is a pain.

thanks

Nate

Have her turn off WordMail (Word as the email editor) temporarily if she
uses. Create a new message. DIsplay the From field. Type the boss' name in
the From box and click Check Names to resolve it. Now use File | Save As to
save the message as an Outlook form template .oft file. The Desktop would be
a good location. She can just double-click the .oft file to create a new
Outlook message preconfigured with the boss' From name.
