Has anyone seen this problem? Every time I send an e-mail Outlook reports it "Cannot find Word or Word is busy". I am running Office Pro XP with SP3 installed. This happens wether I have the check box checked for "Use Word as your editor" or not.

Thanks for reference to the article. I followed the
resolution exactly as stated but it did not make any
difference. I still get the same message. Any other
ideas?

Hi, did you everresolve this problem?
If you did - which I hope didn't involve reformatting and reinstalling
everything, what did you do.
I have just had the same problem and have followed the abov einstructions
all to no avail.
