Outlook E-mail

Just got a new computer and cannot receive my comcast e-
mails in my Microsoft Outlook. They are going to the
Comcast mail page on the internet NOT to my inbox in
Microsoft Outlook. I used the same configurations as on
my old computer -- any suggestions? Thanks

Go to Comcasts web page where they describe how to configure Outlook.
For you, I found
http://www.comcast.com/Support/Corp1/FAQ/Faq2_176_0.html and searched on
Outlook and there are a number of interesting articles.

Re-reread and re-check your configuration.

If it continues to not work, call Comcast.

If it continues to not work, call Comcast.

It will work - I'm living proof. I've used for Comcast broadband for
over a year, and have never had problems downloading my e-mail. You
MUST have something configured wrong somewhere.
