outlook e-mail/ how to use with exsiting hotmail?

outlook has a set up for e-mail, how can i use it for my current e-mail in
msn?comp

to set up Outlook or Outlook express to recieve and send mail. If you don't
find the information, email technical support.

I use a tool called Hotmail Popper. Do a search for it on the web.
Outlook does support Hotmail e-mail accounts, but support is limited.

I use Choicemail, which is a spam blocker but also handles Hotmail, MSN,
and Yahoo quite well.
