Folder items missing

Using MS Office Outlook 2007 on VISTA OS. I created a folder within my
msn.com Mail Folders. I moved several e-mails to this folder. The items
were visible for quite a while, but appear to have disappeared.
I open my msn hotmail account and check this same folder for content and
all saved e-mails are there.
What can I do to have those same items visible in Outlook 2007 again?

The folder is visible in Outlook 2007 (as well as in my hotmail view). I
have about 58 folders with with 27 of them missing items. The rest of the
folds display both read and unread messages.
I do see a Synchronization Log that has some issues messages, which I do
not understand.
