Outlook e-mail accounts

Outlook receives my Compuserve e-mail but won't send it. The error message
says the server does not recognize me as the sender.

This is the text of the error message:

"This messsage could not be sent because it rejected you as the sender.
Server response: '554 5.1.3 Denied' (Account: 'pop.compuserve.com', SMTP
server: 'smtp.copmuservec.com', Error number 0x800ccc78).
