Outlook dumps email before I see it

How can I stop OUtlook from dumping email before I see it? Send/receive shows
it coming in but it doesn't show up in my inbox. Gaaaaaaa!!!

I'm not sure what you're seeing, but you haven't given us much to work with.
What version/mode/SP level of Outlook? (help | about...). What kind of mail
account (POP/IMAP/Exchange)? Have you checked for filtered views on your
inbox? Got rules defined?
