Outlook \ drag file to the deleted folder fall under another folde

Outlook 2003 Sp2 / Exchange 5.5

Topo: My user have is mailbox and also have acces to manage the mailbox of
is superior. When my user drag an e-mail from the Inbox of his superior to
the deleted items of his superior the e-mail goes in the deleted items of his
personal account. (not in the good deleted items folder).

Is there a way to avoid this issue? We want to be able to dragg file on any
deleted fodler.
