My outlook don't send emails with heavy attachments. I use to have Outlook XP
and I changed by Outlook 2003, the error code is 0x800CCC0F, and says that is
a problem with my ISP, but I didn't change anything with my ISP, I just
changed the Office XP by the Office 2003, and now I can not send emails with
big attachments.
I tried everything but I could not solve the problem, and I need to send
several information asap.

Thanks for you reply.

Best regards.

Thanks a lot, buy I've already tried everything.

I checked my account info, I deleted de account, and create a new one, I
changed every point in the advanced configuration, step by step to check if
something
changes, and something changed, now I have no error, just says sending, the
process finalize ok but the email remains in the outgoing folder.

I disabled the check of the outgoing messages in Norton.

It seems to be all ok, also I can send smaller messages, but not the bigger
ones.
The only point I don't understand is the one about MTU, what is this? Where
can I check it?

I'm now contacting Symantec support so see what they say, also I checked the
yahoo help page, but could not find anything helpful.

Thanks again

How large is the attachment. Did you check with your ISP on their limit in size for sending attachments

I tried first with two documents one fo 250 and another of 350 aprox. Then I
tried each separately, after 10 or more attemps the email of 250 was sent.
The other was a little bit more difficult, first I tried to send it via the
web page of yahoo, and the message was sent. And finally after more than 20
attemps the message gone out.
I changed several times the configuration, with several differents
combinations.
Now is sending with no problems, regular emails, I didn't try again with big
files.

Thanks a lot
