Outlook doesn't save passwords

Buckwheat

I have Outlook setup so that it connects to my Yahoo POP server. Every so
often I get a popup asking for UID/password. There is a checkbox that says
"Save password" or something like that. I check the box and click "OK" and
a while later, it asks me again. What's going on??
