Outlook doesn't resize the window properly

We have a user, using Outlook 2000, they can only view
Outlook when the window is "maximized". When you minimize
the screen to attempt to resize it, it disappears - more
like it "shrinks" to location on the screen and it is not
visible. It remains in the task bar below, the user has
to right click on it to maximize it to bring it back.

It only happens in outlook, other ms apps are fine.

Any registry setting for this? Any thoughts?
Thanks

It sounds like the OL was resized to an unuseable size.
Try switching from Max by clicking the icon. Once it
shrinks down, type [ALT][TAB] then [m] to move the
windows to a useable position (using the arrow keys) and
hit [ENTER]. Then do [ALT][TAB] then to reSize the
window. Again, use the arrow keys until a useable size
is attained, then hit [ENTER]. You should then be able
to resize the window normally.
