Outlook doesn't open in normal mode

When opening Outlook I receive an error message: datafile did not close
properly and is being checked for problems.
After the check it reports that no problems have been found. When I close it
to re-open again it does the same thing asking me to open in safe mode. I did
this several times but I am not able to receive mail in normal mode.

Load Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe") which does not load
any add-ins you installed to Outlook. If that works, you have an add-in
that is screwing up. Disable all of them and reenable one at a time to
load Outlook in its normal mode to see which one causes the problem.
