Outlook does not send or receive

I recently decided to use Outlook instead of Outlook Express, but cannot send
or receive email messages.

I cannot seem to find any easy directions on how to set up Outlook in case I
did something incorrectly.

Check with your ISP. They should have directions for how to configure
Outlook to check your mail. It will vary slightly from provider to
provider so it's tough to give you exact instructions without knowing
what provider you have.
