We are running into situation more frequently. IN the the oulook client a
user creates a new contact list by copy and pasting the email addresses. They
save the list and some time later they try to open it and receive an error,
“there is not enough memory, please contact your system administrator.†The
user can open the list from a local .pst file or OWA, but can not from the
outlook client. We checked kb894530 and this is not our situation.

Outlook 2003 and exchange 2003 are the email system. Desktop XP SP3 are
patches current.
